Settle up as a pair, without a joint account.
Pairno is an iPhone app for two people to record what they pay and how they settle up. When one of you covers rent or an online order, record it and Pairno shows the current balance: who owes whom, and how much.
Two people connected by an invitation code share the same records. A split for each expense, receipt and order-screen reading, and a monthly reminder make settling up more reliable than keeping notes or messages.

Enter who paid and how much, and Pairno calculates the current balance. No deposits or withdrawals needed.
A split for each expense
Go beyond 50:50 and set each person’s share in 10% steps, with the resulting amount for each of you.
Fill in from receipts and orders
Read the store name, amount and memo from a photo, a pasted image or the camera straight into the form, then edit anything as needed.
A monthly settle-up reminder
On the day you choose, Pairno sends a notification only when there is a balance, so you don’t have to bring it up.
The balance at a glance, no account needed
The home screen shows the current balance and who pays whom. Record a settlement after you exchange money, or hold the button to settle the full amount.
Trace who paid what, later
History shows the carried-over balance, this month’s shared costs, settlements and the current balance by day, month or year, with a settled, partly settled or unsettled status.

- Both people install Pairno on their own iPhone and connect with an invitation code. Syncing records requires an internet connection.
- Settlements are records only; the app does not send money or make payments. The app interface is currently in Japanese and amounts are in Japanese yen.
- Receipt and other photos are stored only on the device of the person who added them and are not shared with the other person. With your consent, the image is sent to Google Gemini when it is read.
